Aequis: Design sale batch 2 CLAIMED

Description

That's right, I've finally gotten around to finishing up three Aequis for round 2! As with the last round, prices include original art (full reference sheet with details and description) and domestic shipping. Add $5-8 USD for international shipping. Owners of these designs get to determine the personality, sex, etc. of their Aequis.

Rules: comment to claim! Once claim is made, send payment within 48 hours via Paypal. No points accepted.

#1: A tropical forest type, this Aequis is special because of hypermelanistic pigmentation: inky black color with dazzling iridescence! (Atypical pigmentation: rare!) On the smaller side, but swift and nimble, this type is meant for ambushing its meals and moving quickly through dense foliage. They're no distance flyer, but they know their way around trees! Price: $85 USD CLAIMED! Additional notes: This type has breeding plumage: depending on the sex (dimorphism), the tail covert feathers elongate even further, becoming wire tipped in males and flag tipped in females.

#2: A temperate islander with what appears to be something akin to leucism: all melanin is absent, leaving plumage that is mostly white with light cream and rusty yellow/orange feathers reminiscent of standard coloring. (Atypical pigmentation: uncommon!) Because of this, they're a bit sensitive to very bright sun. They likely fly on overcast days/live in a foggier island habitat.  This Aequis is sleek and lanky, even for an island type. Price: $70 USD CLAIMED!

#3. A southern islander in a crisp steel grey color scheme, with sharp black and white accents. This individual has a long, impressive crest to compliment their forked tail. Like all islanders, this Aequis excels at cutting through ocean winds with speed and minimal effort. Price: $60 USD. CLAIMED!

Mountan type Aequis design still up for grabs! pallanoph.deviantart.com/art/A…

All art for these reference sheets are done with watercolors, watercolor/colored pencils, and sepia ink on Stonehenge paper, 9 x 12 inches.
