Yes, more sketch commission spam! I still have several in the works, so be prepared to see more of these.

This is a sketch commission for ~Rikkoshaye of her unnamed, winged species with a random pallanoph. (Pallanophs are my brain children, and no, they're not chimaeras, nor are they related to any canines or ungulates or what have you.) She requested a fight scene between the two of them. And what could be more dynamic than a scuffle between a being of the air and a beast of the earth?

I figured those sharp little claws would be agony on a pallanoph's face and eyes, and was originally going to have the pallanoph missing an eye, but figured that might be a bit much. I'm betting that prehensile tail could get a suffocating grip if the pallanoph would just stop lunging about. Pull up, quick! Or he'll get your tail!

I had a blast doing this, and it was a real honor to be commissioned to draw my own species.

Those wings were tricky because I was running out of space, but on the other hand, I loved drawing that little winged bugger. Especially his arm legs and little hand feet!

Sketch and line art commissions are still open. Prices run between $15-25 for a sketch, and $30-35 for line art.

I've already drooled all over this to you in notes, but I just wanted to say that this turned out great and I'm super happy with the result! If anyone is still thinking about whether or not they should commission Pallanoph (and happens to see this comment), I definitely recommend her for her great products and quick turn-around time. ^.^

Oh, and as for my commissioning you for your own species, they are strangely one of my favorites on the internet so it just seemed right. Plus, everyone likes drawing their own species so I thought, what else could be more fun for you than that!? Anyway, thanks again for taking my commission, I can't wait until it arrives!

The winged humanoid struck me very quickly as a harpy, I wonder if that was the creators intention.
