Here we have something that you will rarely see from me...
This was a full color tattoo commission for ~Pinkvoid. I only hope it turned out decently, though watercolors sometimes make a piece seem over-complicated, since little nuances in pigment and texture can occur. It almost works as its own little vignette, though, which is nice.
Yes, the trees are small! But one only has so much space in tattoo art, so the scale of some things can be shifted a bit for the sake of composition. I tried pushing back the furthest trees with a change in tone and color, so I hope it reads alright.
Please, do not take this as an excuse to use this as your own tattoo, as it is a commission. Also, if you want tattoo art, I'm sure a qualified tattoo artist in your area would be more than happy to make you your own original tattoo.
Please do not inquire about commissions from me unless you are serious about paying my fees.

Oh my gosh.. I really like this. When I saw this in my inbox, I knew I had to look at it. The color of the pine needles are so beautiful, such a deep and luxurious green, it is wonderful. I can almost smell them. Not to mention that, but the wolf's design is beautiful, and the anatomy is very accurate; The ferns are beautiful as well, the moss on the stone, the bark of the pine trees, everything! Also, I like it when artists do something like this. I like when they don't do a full background, they just sort of do a little chunk of background. Sometimes it's fun, I have tried it before. It doesn't really matter to me if it's a tattoo, I still think it's gorgeous. This is just stunning, love it
That turned out beautiful! I love the details on the wolf's coat, that's a pain to mirror in yarn (yup, all those facial tones... gonna break down and dye a hat some day to match an actual wolf's features...)
