I love gryphons. Oddly enough, I almost never draw them, but I'm like that about a lot of things. 
I spent one day out of Inktober to investigate an old design of mine and make it feel a bit more realistic, while retaining some classic fantasy traits. Here's the end result!
There's a good chance dA will eat this submission too, but I suppose there's absolutely nothing I can do about that.
Daler-Rowney FW sepia acrylic ink, white acrylic ink on Canson Mi-Teintes pastel paper. (Not exactly made for wet media, but I like having a colored ground to play with!) Original for sale, note me if interested!
