The third finished piece that I have, featuring Shalthan, where you can actually see his entire body.
This.... this was a disaster. When working on this, I had been up for somewhere between 24 and 30 some hours, and was probably on my third coffee... I can't even remember. All I remember was that it was very hard for me to see, and my head kept hitting the desk. I finished it in a little over 5 hours, then passed out. Ironically, my peers and teachers enjoyed it immensely. This annoyed me slightly... but whatever. MCAD was not particularly fond of fantastical creatures... but I digress. Acrylic, watercolor and gouache. And maybe a few coffee splatters... Critique and comments are very welcome indeed! Character, species, and design, etc copyright to April Schumacher |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
