Ah, I am SOOOOO glad I adjusted the levels on this in Photoshop. Now it looks beautiful!
 I loved painting this one... Adelaide turned out particularly well, with the glow on her face and hair. Nharath was fun also, fur in firelight can be tricky, but the results were well worth it.  Yet another illustration from my novel... here they are discussing matters. Nharath is amused by Adelaide, but clearly not wanting to show it. Adelaide, as always, looks defiant, as though thinking, "Say it, I dare you!" (They are inside a large tree, by the way) Acrylic and watercolor on 140 lb hotpress.... We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
