Artist's Comments

Title is fail. :hmm:

:fear: :sprint:

A meandering pencil sketch that happened over the last few days. Oh, and I'll have you know that though the composition and figures were not in the least bit planned, this "finished sketch" was actually done with intent of being put into a co-worker's zine. Hopefully. :XD: We shall see.

I wish my dreams looked like this. Much more visually fascinating than metaphorical symbols and quasi realistic settings. Then again, I've been meaning to paint the one dream I had years ago. We shall see.

So there I've gone and spammed you yet again. Thought you might want to see.... Hope you all aren't sickened by my mind after seeing this... :lmao:

I'll be doing regular color work again at some point, just not yet. ;)

All comments, critiques, what have you are more than welcome.

Really cool sketch but it took me a minute to make out all the images due to the lack of contrast between them. I agree it is almost dreamlike in composition. Awsome work.
:iconferal-fowl:
the concept and composition are very dynamic, though i must side with superman and say more contrast please! if you go back and work it some more :)

Wow. That's a really impressive montage. That sort of thing is really hard to do with careful planning, let alone just sketching and seeing what happens! Definitely sketchier than your other pencil stuff, but the look suits really well. I like the horse-looking thing on the bottom left.

Wow, interesting sketch. It's hard to tell what it is at first glance, but looking at it closer I see this is actually pretty detailed. Very cool :)

Many fantasy novels have dragons in them...

But only the Wheel of Time has THE Dragon.

So awesome! Love the varying shades and details!

Disturbingly fascinating. Some of the best works aren't planned, and this one's great! You've got a lot going on in this picture. Great details on the scabby-like spots on the dragon-creature. And the horse-creature is really freaky... six eyes, six nostrils... whoa. Does it have six ears/horns in there too?

I'm again with the "awww cute swamp critters that eat humans for lunch" :XD: Sorry. That really was the first thing in my mind, something that came out of the swamp, half-rotten and ready to eat you.

I want dreams like this too D:

I feel insane every single time I'm asked to compromise
‘Cause I'm afraid and stuck in my ways and that’s the way it stays

I don't think, that I would want to dream like this. It would be... haunting.

So much agony?
Wonder, whats going on in your mind.

But its a beautiful sketch, indeed. x
