Ohohoho, I am that annoying! *dumps spam* I'll do this all I want. Yes. *watches as you run away*
Yet another. I'm posting this since =Narkya saw this on my Livejournal and wanted it here so she could fave it, d'awwwwwww.... So here it is!
First off, I must state that the lovely pallanoph shown here is not an actual type, but merely a playful concept, a simple experiment to see how a magpie's markings would translate onto a pallanoph. Here's the rather amusing result. Interesting, no?
She's holding a pearl necklace in her mouth, just in case it's hard for some to see. The magpie has more shinies in her feet, but they didn't show up all that well. They were probably working together on such a raid, lol.
Original drawings are ink sketches done with a Japanese brush pen. The background is Photoshop over paper texture borrowed from CG Textures. (Yes, I've used this texture twice before in my gallery... )
(I know, I should try harder. )

man i adore these "pallanophs" they're like a saluki dog and a foal (two of my favourite animals looks-wise) combined. great job on the anatomy, pose and that fur/feathers on the magpie! its coat looks so sleek.
